Conflict With Law

Sec. 60.076. CONFLICT WITH LAW. No ordinance, rule or regulation adopted by a district under this subchapter may conflict with any law, statute, rule, or regulation of this state. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
