Repayment of Organizational Expenses

Sec. 60.102. REPAYMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL EXPENSES. The directors may pay: (1) all costs and expenses necessarily incurred in the creation and organization of the district; (2) the cost of investigation and making plans, including the cost of feasibility analyses, engineering reports, design fees, and other necessary costs; and (3) legal fees.
