Approval and Registration of Bonds

Sec. 60.116. APPROVAL AND REGISTRATION OF BONDS. (a) Bonds issued under this subchapter shall be submitted to the Attorney General of Texas for his approval in the same manner and with the same effect as provided for the approval of tax bonds issued by counties of the state. (b) Bonds issued under this subchapter shall be registered by the Comptroller of Public Accounts of Texas as required for county tax bonds. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
