Resolution

Sec. 60.242. RESOLUTION. (a) The navigation board shall adopt a resolution declaring that in its judgment conversion to a district operating under Article XVI, Section 59, of the Texas Constitution will be in the best interest of the district and will be a benefit to the land and property located in the district. (b) The resolution shall call a hearing and shall be entered in the minutes of the board. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
