Deduction Authorized

Sec. 60.553. DEDUCTION AUTHORIZED. (a) A district employee may authorize a deduction each pay period from the employee's salary or wage payment for a charitable contribution as provided by this subchapter. (b) An authorization must direct the district to distribute the deducted funds to a participating federation or fund. (c) A deduction under this subchapter must be in the form prescribed by the district. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1027 (H.B. 2770), Sec. 17, eff. June 17, 2011.
