Sec. 6001.151. FIRM REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE REQUIRED. Unless the firm holds a registration certificate issued by the department, a firm may not engage in the business of: (1) installing or servicing portable fire extinguishers; or (2) planning, certifying, installing, or servicing fixed fire extinguisher systems.
