Sec. 6003.251. PROHIBITED PRACTICES. An individual or organization may not: (1) obtain or attempt to obtain a registration certificate or license by fraudulent representation; or (2) plan, sell, install, maintain, or service a fire protection sprinkler system in violation of this chapter or the rules adopted under this chapter.
