Sec. 601.155. STUDENTS. A person is not required to hold a certificate issued under this chapter if the person: (1) is a student enrolled in a training program that meets the minimum standards adopted under Section 601.201; and (2) is performing a radiologic procedure in an academic or clinical setting as part of the training program.
