Sec. 602.106. REMEDIES AVAILABLE. This subchapter does not affect any right of a person under other law to bring a cause of action or otherwise seek relief with respect to conduct that violates this chapter. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 2, eff. April 1, 2005.
