Requirement For Certificate

Sec. 604.104. REQUIREMENT FOR CERTIFICATE. An applicant for a certificate must submit to the advisory board written evidence, verified by oath, that the applicant has completed: (1) an approved four-year high school course of study or the equivalent as determined by the appropriate educational agency; and (2) a respiratory care education program approved by the advisory board.
