Requirements For Temporary Permit

Sec. 604.107. REQUIREMENTS FOR TEMPORARY PERMIT. An applicant for a temporary permit to practice respiratory care must submit to the advisory board: (1) written evidence, verified by oath, that the applicant is: (A) practicing or has within the 12-month period preceding the application date practiced respiratory care in another state or country and is licensed to practice respiratory care in that state or country; (B) a student in an approved respiratory care education program who expects to graduate from the program not later than the 30th day after the date the temporary permit is issued; or (C) a graduate of an approved respiratory care education program; and (2) any additional information required by advisory board rules.
