Exemption For Certain License Holders

Sec. 605.303. EXEMPTION FOR CERTAIN LICENSE HOLDERS. This chapter does not apply to: (1) a podiatrist practicing under Chapter 202; (2) a chiropractor practicing under Chapter 201; (3) an occupational therapist practicing under Chapter 454; or (4) a physical therapist practicing under Chapter 453.
