Sec. 606.071. EXPENDITURES. The retirement system may employ personnel, including accountants and attorneys, purchase equipment, and make other expenditures as necessary to administer this subchapter. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
