Sec. 608.009. RECORDS. A department administrator and disbursing officer shall keep records at all times, itemizing money deducted and disbursed by the department administrator or disbursing officer under this chapter. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
