Tex. Government Code § 609.004

Sec. 609.004. PERMISSIBLE USE OF PUBLIC FUNDS. A deferred compensation plan governed by this chapter is a permissible use of the funds of a state agency or political subdivision. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
