Delegation of 401(K) Plan Administrator's Authority and Responsibilities

Sec. 609.105. DELEGATION OF 401(K) PLAN ADMINISTRATOR'S AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES. A plan administrator of a 401(k) plan may delegate the administrator's authority and responsibilities under this subchapter to another person. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
