Changing Amount Deferred

Sec. 609.709. CHANGING AMOUNT DEFERRED. An employee may change the amount to be deferred by notifying the plan administrator of the change in accordance with the requirements of the administrator. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1266, Sec. 2.05, eff. Jan. 1, 2004.
