Sec. 61.239. SINKING FUND INVESTMENTS. The commissioners court may invest the sinking fund in county, municipal, district, or other bonds approved by the attorney general. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
