Definition

Sec. 61.251. DEFINITION. In this subchapter, "mass gathering" means a gathering that attracts or is expected to attract more than 200 individuals who will remain at the location of the gathering for more than two continuous hours. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1109, Sec. 1, eff. June 15, 2001.
