Injunction

Sec. 61.253. INJUNCTION. The county is entitled to appropriate injunctive relief to prevent the violation or threatened violation of an order adopted under this subchapter. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1109, Sec. 1, eff. June 15, 2001.
