Sec. 61.254. CRIMINAL PENALTY. A person commits an offense if the person violates an order adopted under this chapter. An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1109, Sec. 1, eff. June 15, 2001.
