Sec. 614.0505. DEFINITION. In this subchapter, "governmental entity" means a state agency, a county, a municipality, or a joint board for which the constituent agencies are populous home-rule municipalities. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 359 (H.B. 2135), Sec. 2, eff. September 1, 2015.
