Sec. 618.005. EFFECT OF FACSIMILE SIGNATURE. A facsimile signature placed in compliance with this chapter has the same legal effect as the authorized officer's manual signature. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 4, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
