Sec. 618.008. EFFECT OF FACSIMILE SEAL. A facsimile seal placed in compliance with this chapter has the same legal effect as an impression of the seal. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 4, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
