Sec. 62.0531. AUTHORITY OF COMMISSION RELATING TO THIRD PARTY ADMINISTRATOR. If the commission contracts with a third party administrator under Section 62.055, the commission may: (1) implement the contract; (2) monitor the third party administrator, through reporting requirements and other means, to ensure performance under the contract and quality delivery of services; and (3) provide payment under the contract to the third party administrator.
