Officers

Sec. 62.104. OFFICERS. (a) The officers of an association are: (1) a president; (2) one or more vice presidents; (3) a secretary; and (4) other officers prescribed by the bylaws. (b) The board shall elect the officers by a majority vote. (c) The president must be a member of the board. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
