Sec. 62.133. FUNDING. The national research support fund consists of money appropriated by the legislature to eligible institutions for the purposes of this subchapter. Amended by: Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1004 (H.B. 1595), Sec. 7, eff. January 1, 2024.
