Sec. 62.401. APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER. (a) This subchapter applies only to the merger or consolidation of a domestic association with a foreign association. (b) The requirements of and authority and duties provided by this subchapter are in addition to those provided by Subchapter H. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
