Sec. 62.402. ADOPTION OF MERGER OR CONSOLIDATION PLAN. The board of directors of the foreign association must adopt the merger or consolidation plan. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
