Sec. 621.407. FORMS; ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES. The department shall prescribe all forms and accounting procedures necessary to carry out Sections 621.401 to 621.406. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
