Sec. 622.201. ACTION BY ATTORNEY GENERAL; VENUE. The attorney general may bring an action under this chapter by filing suit in a district court in Travis County or in any county in which a violation occurred. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 885 (H.B. 2278), Sec. 2.01, eff. April 1, 2009.
