Penalty For Compensating Certain Unlawful Actions

Sec. 623.105. PENALTY FOR COMPENSATING CERTAIN UNLAWFUL ACTIONS. (a) A person commits an offense if the person: (1) provides compensation to another for the movement of a manufactured home over a highway, road, or street in this state; and (2) knows the other person is not authorized by law to move the home.
