Sec. 623.147. DEPOSIT OF FEE IN STATE HIGHWAY FUND AND IN TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES FUND. A fee collected under this subchapter shall be deposited as follows: (1) 90 percent to the credit of the state highway fund; and (2) 10 percent to the credit of the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles fund.
