Sec. 623.161. DEFINITION. In this subchapter, "solid waste" has the meaning assigned by Chapter 361, Health and Safety Code, except that it does not include hazardous waste. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
