Labeling of Customer-Formula Fertilizer

Sec. 63.053. LABELING OF CUSTOMER-FORMULA FERTILIZER. A person distributing customer-formula fertilizer in this state shall at the time of delivery furnish to the purchaser a label showing: (1) the name and address of the purchaser; (2) the date of sale; (3) the grade of the mixture; (4) the guaranteed analysis of the plant nutrients and other additives; (5) the net weight of the fertilizer; and (6) the name and address of the registrant.
