Sec. 63.100. DISTRICT ASSESSOR AND COLLECTOR. The commission shall appoint one person to the office of assessor and collector for the district. The assessor and collector shall be a qualified elector and a resident of the district. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
