Findings

Sec. 63.325. FINDINGS. The commission shall enter its findings after the hearing, and if it finds against the proposition of assessments, no further action shall be taken in the matter. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
