Sec. 64.053. PAYMENT OF JUDGMENT AGAINST RECEIVER. The court that appointed a receiver shall order any judgment against the receiver to be paid from funds held by the receiver. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 959, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
