Sec. 64.071. VENUE FOR APPOINTMENT. An action to have a receiver appointed for a corporation with property in this state shall be brought in the county in which the principal office of the corporation is located. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 959, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
