Sec. 64.101. POLICY. It is the policy of this state that all customers be protected from the unauthorized switching of a telecommunications service provider selected by the customer to provide service. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1212, Sec. 55, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
