Notice of Action On Application

Sec. 651.056. NOTICE OF ACTION ON APPLICATION. Not later than the 90th day after the date the department receives an application under Section 651.054, the department shall notify the applicant that: (1) the application has been approved and the department will issue a license to the applicant on payment of the required license fee; or (2) the application has been denied.
