Sec. 651.209. SANCTIONS; CEASE AND DESIST ORDERS. In addition to each penalty provided by Sections 651.166 and 651.208, the commissioner or a person designated by the commissioner may: (1) order a sanction under Subchapter B, Chapter 82; or (2) issue a cease and desist order under Chapter 83.
