Sec. 651.556. COLLECTION OF PENALTY. On the commission's request, the attorney general shall bring a civil action to recover an administrative penalty owed under this chapter. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
