Sec. 653.011. DEPOSIT OF RECOVERY. A recovery of a loss or a recovery on a bond under this chapter shall be deposited to the credit of the fund from which the loss occurred. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
