Sec. 659.304. INELIGIBILITY TO RECEIVE HAZARDOUS DUTY PAY. Hazardous duty pay may be paid only to an individual who is: (1) entitled to receive the pay under Section 659.302; or (2) eligible to receive the pay under Section 659.303.
