Sec. 66.011. CREATION. A stormwater control district may be created pursuant to Article XVI, Section 59, of the Texas Constitution, as provided by this subchapter. Added by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 734, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
