Sec. 66.156. COST OF CONSERVATORSHIP. (a) The commissioner shall determine the cost of the conservatorship. (b) The cost of conservatorship shall be paid from the association's assets. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
