Sec. 66.312. COST OF LIQUIDATION. (a) The commissioner shall determine the cost of the liquidation. (b) The cost of liquidation shall be paid from the association's assets as the commissioner directs. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
