Sec. 66.322. LEVY OF TAXES. The board may annually levy taxes in the district to pay the principal of and interest on bonds issued by the district and the expense of assessing and collecting taxes. Added by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 734, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
