Sec. 660.072. AMOUNT OF REIMBURSEMENT. A reimbursement under this subchapter may not exceed the product of: (1) the aircraft mileage reimbursement rate established in the travel provisions of the General Appropriations Act; and (2) the highway mileage between the designated headquarters and duty point of the state employee, key official, or member of a board.
